Pun fully intended. Haute Couture is where it all starts. By "it" I am referring to all things fashion-related. Haute Couture is French for high sewing and indeed it is, using the most fabulous fabrics and materials the designs are brought to life by talented seamstresses for a specific customer. A haute couture design is never made more than once, no copies or mass produced replicas- there is only ever one of these designs produced which makes it truly one of a kind.
Just wanted to start my blog by paying my respects to the biggest and best designers in the world: the Haute Couture designers- the hottest of them all. :D
